Core Wings are an attachment to 5th-tier Wings/Cloaks/Cape that by fusion will increase the power of the Wings overall, those are designed with extra options. The Cores cannot be worn separately.

Farm Pure Wing Core Design  And bring this to Chaos machine, along with other materials you will be unlocking a random Wing Core.
